I believe it says Music by opeth and words by Mike in the actual sleeve.

No Hopkins, its definatly music by Peter & Mikael and lyrics by Mikael, but i see where you get confused

Black Water Park-Strangly this one gives no one writing credits

This has always confused me how they constantly change who writes the music, but from what I gathered from interviews, its simply Orchid and MR are writen by Peter & Mikael, with Mikael doing the lyrics. The rest were all Mikael to the best of my knowledge.
