Hey guys.. just finished the mixing process for this band ... looking for some input! i did the production , recording , mixing/mastering...

Drums: Steven slate drums 4.0 + Superior drummer

Guitars: Peavey 6505+ with sm57

Vocals: At3035

Bass: Line sound+ sansamp plugin

The guitars need some editing, the playing is a bit sloppy at times. The vocals have too much high end and just fry the whole time. The guitar tone is good but needs some surgical EQing, and the bass tone is just not good.

less reverb on the guitars should bring them more up front, but they need more editing first otherwise you probably wouldn't want them "in yo' face". And you should definitely De-ess some of that sibilance from the vocals, it cuts too much.
