Top 25 Albums Of The Decade (fun for everyone)

SO. In the hopes of trying out some of this music talk/typing stuff, why don't we all start getting together a definitive list to unveil 1/01/2010 or 1/02/2010? It'd be cool if everybody had their own thread and did a little write-up of each album (or at least the top 10) and if they're feeling especially nice post some mp3s. It'd also be cool if everybody started thinking about it now instead of farting out something at the last minute (though farting is allowed during the process). ALSO, I am aware that most of our lists will probably be radically different in 5 years, but that's part of the fun of it, and this is pretty much the only chance to deal out a list of favorites RIGHT NOW, at the exact end of the 2000s, for comparison purposes and such. Those year-end Best of 2003/2004 days of "Royal Carnage" (anybody remember that place?) were epic.

A huge fucking load of great albums have been released this decade. I'd like some kind soul to compile a great big list of albums to pick from if possible, to help the brain along so nothing is missed.

Most likely I will include Nifelheim, Taake, Deströyer 666 and Primordial, among others.

i haven't listened enough to kaoskult yet to reach a final verdict but i'm pretty sure it is

it is the best helheim album since at least av norrön ätt and 100% enjoyable from start to finish

I definitely enjoy Kaoskvlt though it is of course a totally different band than the one that spawned Jordmundgang. Solid riffing, haunting sound, some catchiness to it but not too much of it. Gotta listen to Yersina Pestis and Av Norrön some day, this band it definitely top shelf. Sadly overlooked.
