Yup, I saw these guys this past Sunday, and I must say that I was more than impressed. With a line-up consisting of Premonitions Of War, Suffocation, and Morbid Angel, these guys were the highlight of the concert...for me at least.
A great wall of sound, much like Emperor. And their songs of forests, Apocalyptic battles, and medieval times rang true for me.
I don't hear much about them though when fans talk about the great Black Metal bands, though the bands that played with them had major respect for the great Satyricon. They put on a great show that I will not soon forget...
