Well, here's the adress of the Dead Season's website, click on the "musique" link, and you can download mp3s recorded during a concert. The sound is not very good, it's taken from a video camera. Sorry, it's in french and there's not much on this website, more will be coming soon. I'm the guitar player of that band.

It's kind of hard to tell from the quality, but IMO...
There is definitely some positive stuff going on. Some songs sound a little better than others. Another guitar player would surely help round out the sound and vocals are surely needed in there somewhere. I don't know how long you have been rehearsing as a three piece, but more rehearsal is always good... practice makes perfect. I hope things go well in your search for additional musicians. Keep your minds open and your ears too.
