hotel wise , try to check the Res In I'm pretty sure the have a buch of cancelations. I work for Marriott and I just book my room today for $45 per night, thats tells me that they have plenty of rooms open. You wont get such a low rate but you should get a much lower rate than people that made...

Me and my friend will be there, we arrive from Orlando like at 11:30 am, staying at the Res Inn. Looking foward to meet some people.

I distributed like 200 outside the venue on their show in Orlando,Fl , many people were surprised and didn't knew about the Fest. Hopefully it will help and some of them will buy ticktes and go and by the way Glenn no reimbursement necesary Prog Power is woth that and more. :kickass::rock:
