I hate female fronted bands. Nothing sexist but I dont know they don't do it for me. I just feel like the female voice cant carry a band. I know I am in a minority and someone might give me shit for it but just never did it for me.

personally I was a big fan of Glorious Burden, not my favorite iced earth (SWTWC or TDS), however it was a very solid disc. Also the Gettysburg trilogy at the end was done really well. I haven;t heard the EP because I dont like songs to stand out a new cd. I expect it to be solid though...
