This is great; No less than 7 Belgian metal bands from the 80's decided to reform for a festival in April. No "big" names, so not that special to most, but if you live here this really is awesome. This is the stuff we saw live a lot those days, so brings good memories !! Really looking forward...

Nope , just give us some sun :lol: seriously; The Italian band Rain played at a little local festival this weekend and they really impressed me as a live band. Never heard of them before, although the band already exists 30 years!!

Last weekend in Holland was Mario's Metal Meeting festival. it was a cool festival. I enjoyed the Italian band RAIN (awe-some vocalist!!) alot and Tokio Blade are back with force (original line-up except for the singer, but the new singer is very good too) !!!! Oh yes, and a personal message...

Just found some online shows of the radio show that really got me into metal. I already liked metal but this show really played some more underground stuff and really kickstarted interest in bands that grew bigger like Twisted Sister and Manowar here... 30 years ago...time flies ...

Just read on FB Matt LaPorte, guitar player in Jon Oliva's Pain died. Don't know anything more. Met him a few years ago with Hawk and he was a damn friendly and down to earth guy. Another one that was way too young to go :-(
