I ordered the physical version by sending Amadeus a mail (amadeus at amadeusawad.com). He said he would ship the first bunch of orders on November 3, so I'm hoping mine is on its way. Should be possible for you to do the same, I guess.

As for digital, there was a post on Facebook recently where he stated it would be released via Power Prog label on November 28.
