I'm going with 3 more UMers myself, and the best place to meet at Irving Plaza (or actually, in the neighborhood) is a nondescript bar literally right around the corner on 15th street (heading towards Union Square Park). The bar might even actually have a name now - it used to be called "Bar" - but I'm not sure what it is. Maybe Bar 119 or something like that. Beers are fairly cheap, it's rarely crowded and certainly spacious enough for 20-40 people to gangrush the place.

Of course, I might not be joining you, depending on whether or not the Oakland Raiders are playing football at the same time...
