Was wondering if anyone can give me an idea on the cost of JP and Saxon shirts and also how many designs Saxon has available? A picture of the t-shirt booth would be cool as well! Thanks much!

I heard that the Saxon hoodies were $75... Ouch...

Looks like merch prices have gone up recently. I saw the Volbeat/Anthrax tour last week and t-shirts were $40-$45 while the Volbeat "soccer" shirt was $75...

Yes, hoody was pricey but one of the nicest I've seen (has embroidered logo and patch).

T-shirts were $30 in NYC/Worcester, MA. Two "Warriors of the World" designs (bus and shield) and a grey "retro" logo. All three are awesome! Check out the official Saxon site to see what they look like (saxon747.com, and look at the UK shop). The new tour shirts DO include the US dates!

By the way, two great shows in NYC and MA! Of course, I am very biased as they've been my favorite band since 1980. :headbang:

Yes the shirts were $30 and the hoodie was $75 in Reading PA....I think they had three designs if I remember right. They list all the tour dates and venues on them which is nice.

That being said; their sound at the show was crap. You couldn't even understand one word Bif sang.

$40 definitely is ridiculous. I saw Slash this past week (which most probably don't care about) and his was $40 too. That said, the prices haven't increased that much. Volbeat/Anthrax were in bigger venues probably I'm guessing than in the past and when you get in the bigger venues, the prices go up. Not a new thing for $35 shirts, which I'm not a fan of but I will do if the shirts are good.

Did you enjoy the show?

With my wife, I drove 6 hours to see Slash and Myles in Hampton Beach, NH a couple weeks ago. Killer show. I was never a big Slash fan, but the last album, World On Fire, changed my opinion. And I really enjoy Myles Kennedy's voice, with Slash and also with Alter Bridge.
The whole band was really tight, and Myles' vocals were spot on.
The venue (Ballroom Casino, cap. 2200) was close to be sold-out.

LOVED IT!!! I'm a big GNR fan but I gotta say the two solo albums he's done with Myles Kennedy have been great, unlike his horrid Snakepit stuff.
