Can't access my account

I've tried to get to my wish list on the site for a week and get a notice saying the server is not able to complete the request or some such thing. Anybody else having this problem?

I'm in Amsterdam and will be back tomorrow. If you have not purchased from the new website (which we launched last August) you need to re-register. The system will not recognize you otherwise. If you are registered on the site than we need to dig deeper.

I just checked. You are not registered on the system. You need to do that before you can use the wish list.

Actually I am registered and have been using the system for awhile. I have several items in my wish list and just accessed it. However, it's back to blocking me out again.
 
Hnmmmm....please email me exactly what is going on and I'll forward it on to the tech guys. Maybe they can figure out what is going on.
