Dark Suns - Orange

So I got this album recently and after a few spins its really grown on me. The band has changed drastically over the years, but I find that I like each release. This album doesn't have any death vocals (unlike their earlier stuff, which did), and at times this album could pass as progressive rock. In any case, here are two samples (the second being my personal favorite for some odd reason):

Such an underrated album. Is anyone else doing this whole retro prog thing that these guys, PoS, and Opeth are doing now? From the description I read it sounds like Riverside's new one might be heading in this kind of direction too.

Yeah, this album kinda reminded me of Leprous, and it would be cool to see them both on the same tour.

Picked this up from Laser's Edge. Great stuff!

reminds me a lot of Subterranean Masquerade, this will def be a buy later this year.

Very different from the early stuff which is excellent as well.
