Armed to the teeeettthhh!
What the fuck is this song about?

Some of the stupidist lyrics I have ever heard. Please someone explain.

JETPILOT
Wired were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot,
One that smiled when he flew over the bay,
Wired were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot,
One that smiled when he flew over the bay.

My horse, is a shackled old man,
His, his remorse, was that he couldn't survey,
The skies, right before,
Right before they went gray,
My horse and my remorse,
Flying over a great bay

Wired were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot,
One that smiled when he flew over the bay,
Wired were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot,
One that smiled when he flew over the bay.

My, source, is the source of all creation,
Her, discourse, is that we all don't survey
The skies, right before,
Right before they go gray,
My source, and my remorse,
Flying over a great bay,

Wired were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot,
One that smiled when he flew over the bay,
Wired were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot,
One that smiled when he flew over the bay
Where were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot,
One that smiled when he flew over the bay,
Where were the eyes of a horse on a jet pilot,
One that smiled when he flew over the bay.

It's about the power elite, and how they do business forecasting.

Song about governments ordering pilots to drop Nukes that will kill lotsa pilots:

"horse on a jet pilot"

My horse, is a shackled old man,
His, his remorse, was that he couldn't survey,
The skies, right before,
Right before they went gray,
My horse and my remorse,
Flying over a great bay

old man, could be uncle sam, or the president, skies go gray, nuclear explosian, great bay, any body of water.

Pretty straight forward lyrics.

I thuroughly enjoy SOAD's Toxicity, it was a great album, because I enjoy agreeing and arguing with it. They bring up some great issues and arguements. They are nu-metal, but they are the best nu-metal. =)

The lyrics certainly aren't stupid. The lyrics in Prison are though, and a few other songs. That's why I like this album, I've never yelled at a CD, or argued with one, until Toxicity came along.

It's what Kush said. I love System of a Down's lyrics. As well as their songs. Especially Aerials, since I figured out the guitar riff to that.

Ya they do have some pretty cool lyrics. Atleast its not about love like every other song you usually hear. I mean songs about love are cool and stuff, but most songs are about it and not about what happends in the world. I love deer dance on the new album because it talks about like the riots and all. Its a pretty wild song. Atleast they are somethin different to listen too.

Apparently from an interview I read, Serj said it was about a horse locking eyes with a jet pilot in the sky. Within that miniscule amount of time, both the horse and the jet pilot saw through each others eyes, thus the horse was pretty wired because he saw what it was like to be in the air and fly. What the pilot got out of it was not so clear :D

An interesting interpretation. =)

You people are on crack! Well, at least Wolff, for sure :p
No way is horrible, simplistic Nu-metal band better than BWP. While it is not my fave Opeth album, it is still genius, which is more than can be said for SOAD.
