'Greater of Two Evils'....bonus DVD?????

Greetings & Dia Dhuit 'Thraxians,

Maybe i mis-read this,but,I'm goddang sure there was supposed to be a Bonus DVD with the "Greater Of Two Evils" album,featuring the live footage of the band playing/recording the songs before the audience...is it so??

The knuckleheads at HMV here didnae have a clue,as usual,if there was a bonus DVD with the set.All it says on the back on the album is:"Bonus CD 1" (there's also a Bonus 2 & 3).What are these bonus CD's???

I'd love the Live footage of he band recording the tracks for the "...Evils" album,am i wrong in thinking it exists and is with the album?

It was recorded but apparently the band wasn't happy with the way it turned out, so it never surfaced.

It may bob up in a collectors box set or something in the future but there's no plans yet for this that I know of.
