I noticed that on the Spiral Architect CD, there is a HDCD logo. What's the story behind this? I'm not familiar with that.

OK, for the technical stuff. By "What's the story behind this", I mean your story. Why you started to make HDCD and why you stopped. I'm just curious.

Not much of a story. Joe Gastwirt is a big believer in HDCD and had the encoder in his mastering facility. Joe's mastered some titles for us (Spiral Architect, Zero Hour) and we had the discs HDCD encoded. He's not one of the mastering engineers I normally work with and the ones I do use don't have HDCD encoders.
