I have been reading about this movie for almost a year now. Glad to see it is finally coming out. I am hoping it lives up the hype that lots of the movie sites are building it up to be.

I have heard lots of good things about it from people from various film fest. I am hoping it isnt all hype for it....which most times it is. It has a solid cast.

Saw this today.....great movie. I highly recommend not reading any reviews before seeing so you get no spoilers. Lots of great lines and very interesting characters. No weak point in the movie at all. Levit nailed the true scary metalhead from the 80's. The kind that when you went to shows you were actually scared to be around. The film itself without any spoilers if you did not know is about a family trying to get over the grief of thier mom / wife dying. The young kid meets Hesher and Hesher kind of just moves in....believe me....it makes sense when you see the movie. Also it has lots of early Metallica and Motorhead songs in it. The end credits were hilarious because there is all these things that Hesher says and talk about which are all drawn out during the end credits....worth seeing for sure.

It is really good. Every performance is great. There is some stuff in there that will make you gut bust from laughing and then some real heartfelt stuff too. A must see.
