Hey from Oregon USA

I'm new to this board today. I learned about this place from a friend over at Head-Fi.org (a headphone aficionado forum)

I'm just an old guy looking for new to me metal bands. I have been listening to a lot of Immortal, Darkthrone, Old Mans Child, Arch Enemy, Dimmu Borgir, and that sort of stuff. I also like Slayer and I can tolerate older Metallica stuff. Oh, and how could I forget The Crown, I can't wait until Crowned Unholy gets released.
I see a lot band names here that I am not familiar with. I guess will be spending a lot of time searching out samples.

I'm always open to suggestions also.
