Symphony X fans,

It's that time of year again, Turkey, Holidays, and time to cast your votes for the top Global Progressive rock albums of 2004! This is our 8th year doing this and you can be a part of it. Click the link here http://www.misterpoll.com/1724849044.html and vote. You
can pick multiple albums if you can't decide on one. The final Top 100 voted, will be broadcast on the GAGLIARCHIVES beginning Saturday, November 27th, part 2 will be December 4th, and the final 30 discs on December 11th. Listen through http://www.auralmoon.com at 10pm Eastern each week. Spammed votes will be removed as the poll is tracked hourly. The poll closes on Thursday, November 25th at 12:00 AM. Lets make for some fun radio...these are my favorite shows of the year...

wow since when were Rhapsody and Borknagar prog?

Anyway, theres only 1 album that I needed to vote for...when the best progressive album ever is released it has to get my vote for best album of the year - The Human Fucking Equation.

I voted for The Human Equation by Ayreon, Blackfield with Blackfield and the absolute best: BE by Pain Of Salvation.

Wow, the first week of November is way too early for me to start thinking about end of the year stuff..way too much happening between then & now. :)

of course i voted for the human equation, but like jax said.. its way too early to be thinking about this yet.. we still got 2 months to go. this is more of a Jan. 2005 topic.

As for me, I didn't say more albums would be released, I said it was too early for me to think about year-end stuff because too much happens between now & then. Simply meaning, early November is too damn early for me to be in the '2004 is over, let's take stock' mindset, be it regarding music or anything else.

Its still a bit early but if something comes out in the next 50 days that tops The Human Equation i'd be very suprised. Hopefully that album with Jorn and the other guy(?) :) comes out before x-mas.

voted Evergrey - The Innner Circle, havent heard of the other albums.

Iced Earth's "The Glorious Burden" is hands down the best metal album of 2k4. progressive or otherwise. Followed closely by Rhapsody's "Symphony of enchanted lands part II".
