Just an update on this, the earliest reservation I could get, that wasn't during the meeting I'll be coming from, was for 7.30PM. We'll be meeting at the Gordon Biersch brew pub in Midtown on Peachtree St (it's the one that the 17th St Residence Inn is on). Reservation is under either Lara Weidenbach and ProgPower, just in case the host didn't read my note.

It's a mile walk from the Residence Inn. It is on the same street You just walk south until you get there (it will be on the right hand side of the road).

Wish we (me and Ripper) could have made it to this, but we were too wiped out after Dragon*Con (we departed from the downtown hotel Tuesday afternoon).
