Need help identifying this...

I am not sure this is the right place to start this thread, but I am trying to identify this song. I have heard it before from somewhere, but just cannot place it. it has been driving me nuts for a very long time. It is here, at the beginning of this clip, from 0:00 to about 0:15. I keep thinking it is some obscure Sabbath song, but I am really not sure.



I have tried contacting the owner of this YouTube account, but never got a response. Can anyone nail it?

They're not the same riff. Kind of similar, but not the same. I don't recognize the original song, it could honestly be A LOT of different things. Shazam pulled up nothing.
