Need help with a demo mixing

Recently recorded a new demo , and I need somebody to mix it to me if it is possible, there are 3 songs and an acoustic . The sessions are Cubase 4, drums are Midi, All the guitars are DI signals.
Sample rate is 16 bit 44,1, the acoustic song its 24 bit, 44,1.
if somebody got the time to export the tracks from 0 maybe the No Cubase users can make a try to. I posted links where the files are .
I have to mention that unfortunately this is not a payed job, since I just got no money, but I am sure that there is somebody who can experiment with this tracks and I will apreciate the effort.

Thanks man! i am very curios , i will make my versions too as soon as i will have the time and oportunity, but unfortunately i am wery busy at my job these days, and my room is not treated yet and dont have an amp yet to reamp the DI s....but i am sure that here are some very talented members who maybe can give me a help.Have a nice day!

hi , have made an first mix for your first song i find your DI sound too clean !!you use an effect on the DI tracks? and your vocals too.. i'm not a killer mixer but i've try to made an good mix Tell me if it's good for you and i will made the others tracks for you !! i hope you like it!!! Thanks Barnes , i like the piano sound that part sounds ok to me, i don t use any effect on DI s i just plug in the guitar in my Fireface instrument input but i dont like it either i want to buy a pro quality Di in the future ,a Radial or a Countryman Type but now i just don t got the money.
Today a had an hour free time and i made a version of mine to ,but i realy don t like it yet(i made it with some bad earphones)
i cant make decent guitar tone with my vst sthey just don t sit in the mix... anyway here is my first try

I just realized that the 2 kick samples require a phase reversal on the previous mix(the kick sounded horrible), so now sounds a little better i think
