SO, I'm moving into a new house, and let start off by saying it's OLD, over 100+ years old. This house though has what is referred to as a 'summer kitchen' which is essentially a separate building from the house that is rectangular and wide open. It has electricity in there and minimal windows, one standard sized one and a few small ones if i remember correctly. It has an old hardwood floor as well.

Now, i play on turning this into my studio and will soon post measurements and detailed pictures of this place and I'd like some help and feedback on preparing this room properly to record, and would appreciated any help extremely. Just to note though that all I plan on doing in this room is tracking guitar, bass, and vocals as well as mixing; drums will be done at a separate location.

I know I have limited info for you time being but any suggestions on room setup? I'd estimate that the room is 20foot by 10-12foot.

Ceilings are 15ft
