Pain of salvation

Does anyone else like this band, I think there amazing. It's a more original take on prog metal.
I thought The perfect element was good but Remedy Lane has exceeded my expectations.

I still need to listen to Remedy Lane a couple of times to really understand it. It's quite a weird album compared to Perfect Element pt. 1. Fandango is a weird song but also very nice .

The word Progressive is so damn over used now. It's sad really, because when a band like Pain Of Salvation comes along the only word that describes them is progressive. Unlike 99% of the other band that claim the 'prog' tag, this band is REALLY progressive. Most play the recipie style of what is known as 'progressive'...which is not progressive at all. POS however is very unique and very progressive. I hope that made some kind of sense. I need some sleep before I try and get all deep about music.

Actually I have a hard time getting into POS, they give me a depressive feeling, yet I've come to like a couple of tracks lately.
