I've never been so I don't know how it works.

1. is there a database of metal karaoke songs already?
2. if not do we have to provide our own?
3. what if we can't find karaoke versions? is there a way to remove vocals from songs we want to sing?

As I did the last time Jory was our karaoke guy, I'll bring down some CDs on Wed. night for people to use as backing songs. I usually bring down my WREKage CDs which includes a lot of metal, but if you see something specific in this list, please let me know.

Theoretically possible; it will depend on how many people sign up and how long the night lasts.

Met-Al does at least one non-metal song for each Metal Karaoke. Last karaoke they had, he did Taylor Dayne's "Tell it to my Heart" and people got pissed off. Like, really, really angry. I heard lots of very unkind things while he was doing the song.
