RIP Terry Pratchett

An excellent writer. Used comedic fantasy as a platform for social satire and humanist philosophy. I'd put him up there with Kurt Vonnegut and Mark Twain as far as satirists go.

The joke, for those who aren't familiar, is Death, who makes an appearance at least once in all his books, speaks in ALL CAPS with no quotation marks. I always read Death as voiced by Alan Rickman. Very deadpan, very British, and Death is very literal-minded and doesn't quite understand humans.
