I LOVE RUSH!! I CAN'T WAIT!

Even if the last couple of cds haven't been up to the very high standards of previous efforts, there is always some great music on each release. I have seen them every tour since Moving pictures, I hope they tour for the new cd. I have been promising my son, he'll be 9 this year, that I would take him to see Rush live one day. He is a big Rush fan. Of course he is also an Opeth fan !

Most of you weren't even born yet when I began to listen to Rush. I seen them live in their first U.S. appearance in Pittsburgh Pa. They were the 3rd band, behind KISS, Mott The Hoople (who renamed themselves Mott at that time), and then Rush.

They were one of my favorite bands...Moving Pictures was great...then Geddy began to tone his voice down and try to sing through all of his songs...their music began to shift towards the mainstream and I lost interest in them.

Hopefully there new one will be like their old ones.
