"The Mob"- Doug Pinnick, Reb Beach, etc...

Does anyone have this album that came out in 2005? I like King's X and I am a fan of Reb Beach's guitarwork, moreso his stint in Dokken and not so much his work in Winger.


If you have heard this then I'd rather you talk it up because I can't download anything.


Any thoughts?

Me too, and I had no idea "The Mob" existed.

I bought this album whenever it came out as I am a fan of both Doug's and Reb's previous work. These guys certainly aren't breaking any new ground with this one, bit it is a lot fun especially for any fans of 80's hard rock. Musically, it definitely fits in somewhere between Winger's "Pull" and Dokken's "Erase The Slate", but with Doug Pinninck singing. To me one of the best vocalists in hard rock. Reb solos all over the place. These songs are catchy as hell and probably would be a blast in a live setting, but I doubt that will ever happen.

Probably not the easiest cd to find, but well worth it. I think I purchased it at Impulse Music. Check it out.

I personally really enjoy this album... Its a good, solid hard rock album.
