For those wondering:
Date annoucement: mid-March
Roster annoucement: April 2nd
Gold Badges on sale: mid- April (private invitation only at first)
2-Day Tickets via Ticketmaster: August 1st
Individual Day tickets: (if not sold out, Sept 1st)
Key points to remember:
*There will only be 800 tickets placed on sale to the public on August 1st. Gold Badges will be sold out well in advance.
*I will not be moving to a larger venue this year regardless of how fast this sells out. I can already hear the screams now.
*Two day passes are placed on sale first to ensure that no one only gets stuck with only a one day pass.
*I honestly do not anticipate their being any individual tickets placed on sale this year.
*Ticket prices will be going up this year. If you want the best lineup in the world with the highest quality sound & lights, you have to pay for it. No bullshit there folks.
*For those not familar with the festival, my show is different than the other major shows here in the States in the following aspects:
1. There is only one stage
2. There are only 10 bands (5 each day) which are by invitation only.
3. Set lenghts run from 40 minutes (opener) to 90 minutes (headliner).
