Steve Moore. His myspace page mentions past gigs/recordings "working in styles from progressive speed metal to punk". There's a discography, consisting only of thumbnail images of album covers (none of which I recognize, but that might just be me).

woah cool, just looked up those bands on Metal-Archives...this guy used to drum in a few bands fronted by Tim Aymar of Control Denied/Pharaoh fame.
