Why ROSfest is lame, chapter one-the beginning

I apologize to Mr. Golden, and hence all of you for showing my age
and citing offshoot members ot the Ruttles, and The Bonzo Dog Band;
and thereby giving some a vehicle to lament onto ROSfest

I will go and slide under a rock, and wait for Steve Hackett

mea culpa

I'm there with you. I refuse to get a cell phone and it drives my wife nuts! I can remember working college radio and having to use turntables, no fancy equipment just 2 turntables.:headbang:

I still have 1500 or so vinyl albums (and some obscure 45s). Sadly, they do not get played much these days with having over 6000 CDs!! My latest "raves" are Shining Line, Mattis Sorum's Pictorial Wand and The Von Hertzen Brothers... I have a feeling that the newie from Lucifer Was will join them when I get my hands on a copy.

I hate mobile phones passionately too! (Or is that a non-sequitor? - hate/passionately)

Chris:

I have to be honest - I didn't drink the Magic Pie Kool-Aid. I've met them (very nice guys), know their manager (super cool dude), and seen them live. Their live performance and their CDs completely flatline for me. On the other hand I know people seem to like them so I happily make their discs available. Just not my thing at all.

I flatlined six years ago on the surge table at Washington Adventist.
