Change your mind on anyone yet??

I like the lineup, especially Therion, Arcturus, Sanctuary, Eldritch, and Mob Rules. I am there. Of course, you always put on a great show. I've been to ProgPowers 1 - 10, and unfortunately had to cancel 11 at the last minute. And I am one of those weirdos who watches every band's...

    Cool on Leaves Eyes

I think it is a great addition. While not my favorite fem fronted metal band, they do sound good. I saw them live a couple of years ago and they did fine. And adding another female element to the festival is a good thing in my book.

    Cheers and Jeers!

This was my 10th ProgPower, and as usual I had a great time. Cheers: Glenn H. and the crew for putting on a great show. :kickass: The Center Stage venue that is so much a part of the success of the festival. The fans who are old timers and new attendees. What a bunch of lovable characters you...

    Fates Warning Performance?

Highlight of the weekend. The band was spot on and delivered the goods. Jarzombek was amazing. It was great hearing Jim and Frank on those harmonies.

    Been to every single PPUSA?

I have attended every ProgPower and will be attending PP X. I first heard about it on the old PM board, and then emailed Glenn H. about the festival. The first was amazing, even thought the venue was dinky and funky. My favorite ProgPower was number 4. :kickass:

Here is one of me and my twin. Two chrome dome metal heads.

    So, Fates Warning...

Yes, I've seen them live 5 times over the years. Great live band, and they rock mightily. My fave show was when they opened for Dream Theater on the Awake tour. Fates had their best lineup, and they smoked the place.

PP USA X: Major roster changes

Glenn, it's not cool that you have to go through this crap. But it's no problem for me as a fan of the festival. I expect the unexpected, and you filled the slots nicely. Hang in there bro! :kickass:

    Riverside Discussion

Riverside is one of my favorite prog-rock bands, as is Porcupine Tree. To me, Riverside sounds like they have been influenced a great deal by Porcupine Tree, Opeth, Tool, Muse, and classic prog-rock bands. Yet they have their own style. I love all their albums, and they can rock out fully, and...
