There have been quite a few good releases this year.

I think 2006 is the year of Candlelight Records, IMO. All of my faves have come out on Candlelight....

Ihsahn, Enslaved, Keep of Kalessin, Bal-Sagoth, Zyklon,

But Century Media had Monotheist from Celtic Frost, so....

But yeah, good year for metal indeed.

Papa Josh, I would second your choices of Bal-Sagoth, Keep of Kalessin and Zyklon, and I would add Cellador for Metal Blade, Shadows Fall for Century Media, and Dragonforce for Roadrunner.

yeah good year, and its only half way through the year! we still got to deal with a new deicide, new lamb of god, mastodon, iron maiden, the list goes on
