The video is from the Power Of Metal VHS tape released back in 1994. It features 4 Conception songs (Roll The Fire, And I Close My Eyes, The Promiser and Parallel Minds) and also stuff from Rage, Gamma Ray and Helicon who all did an European tour together back then.
