Defective PP 10 DVD's??

My Home DVD player will not read mine & the DVD drive in my computer will only show the picture,no sound....
A)Anybody else having this problem??
&
B)How do I go about exchanging my copy for a new one??

I noticed when I looked at the underside of the DVD it had a weird looking mark on it like,perhaps a bad disc in the bunch.

Mine came scratched too, Lucid Lounge replaced it damn near immediately. They kick ass.

Is it an old DVD player? The PC probably needs an AC3 filter in order to do sound, but it sounds like it may be defective...

Mine worked ok when it arrived, and was still firmly seated on the hub.
I'm sure Lucid Lounge will take care of ya.....
