Ok, so, we have a 42" LCD HDTV, and a decent Blu-Ray player.

The budget for Receivers is limited by sheer annoyance at prices, so there are three being considered- One dedicated stereo, two multi-channels.

(I use amazon because it was the fastest search.)

Edit: After thought, the stereo one won't have HDMI connections. REMOVED.


Thoughts? Suggestions? Alternatives? Going above $400 is verboten, this isn't a premium home theater/re, just wiring an HDTV and Blu-Ray player together.
 
I'd personally go with the Onkyo 5.1, as 7.1 is usually quite a waste.
