Intromental signs CØNSTANTINE

Intromental Worldwide is proud to announce its new signing, Finnish metal band CØNSTANTINE. The depth and the diversity in their material convinced us that this was a band we had to work together with – a band that are not only true to their roots in classic progressive power metal, but also have a fresh and unique look towards the future. Currently the band is hard at work on recording their third full length album, which we will be shopping around to the record labels in just a few months. We’re expecting a lot of good things from this cooperation.

Nice! Definitely had a Protest the Hero vibe but with more traditional Prog influences - and a splash of Mordred in there.

I see they have two older albums as well. So many bands...

I love PtH - "Mist" is my most listened to song in 2014. So yeah, I love those guys.

That said, this is only one song and one "side" of Cønstantine. There are multiple sides to the band, including songs that'd make you say "They completely ripped off Circus Maximus. So if you like CM, and are okay with clones, check them out." and songs that'd make you say "They completely ripped off XXXX. So if....".

But yeah, thank you for the comment - not disagreeing with you on the strong PtH factor on that song, that's for sure. Just do yourself a favor and don't write them off based on one song. This is a very multi-facetted band.
