Lightning Strikes, Soldier of Fortune, Thunder In the East and Hurricane Eyes.

I'm a long time Loudness fan and like all their stuff (some more than others, of course).

I have the new one and it kicks ass! Bought it on CD Japan for less than $30. It shipped in about a week and it looks like they still have it. Special edition with DVD about $32 plus shipping.

Since no one else mentioned it, my fave CD by Loudness is the 1992 self-titled disc that feature Masaki from EZO on vocals. Great overlooked disc for sure!
Unfortunately though, the following disc they put out with him was a TOTAL let-down for me. I remember ordering it blindly from Dream Disc as I liked "1992" so much and tried to force myself to like it, but never did...

Anthem is the very best Japanese metal band for me. Very consistent throughout their long career with mostly very good to excellent albums. I can't say the same about Loudness since 20 years...
 
A fantastic but hard to find Loudness album is "8186 Live". If you could find a copy of that it would be a great addition to your music. I recently picked up the CD (used, mint) off Ebay for $39.

Catching up with this thread, guess I need to order it from CD Japan? Still haven't seen a U.S. release for it. How is the DVD?

this is a band that SO needs to play Progpower. We've never had a band from Japan play the festival. and for the love of metal, Please have them play the Thunder In The East album
