New Myrath CD

Hi Ken,
I see from Myrath's myspace page that they have a new CD called "Desert Call" currently in mixing.
No news on a release date from what I can see but is this something you would be able to get?

When its released of course. They are looking for a label. I've heard the album. New singer is...different.

..and how would you describe "different"? So many possible adjectives come to mind.

He sings in a completely different range from the keyboardist. His vocal style is very traditional Arabic in the way it follows the melody lines. He's clearly a very talented singer but it may sound a bit "odd" for Western ears. The music is fantastic. They are trying to get away from the Symphony X clone badge. Open minded listeners will enjoy it.
