NO iTALIAN BANDS?

This isn't a complaint about the show, It is an awesome lineup, but is anyone else dissapointed that Italy will not be represented at ProgPower, I would have liked to seen Labyrinth, Secret Sphere, ,Sky lark,among others. I think the Progpower has a diverse Lineup, but feel the italian aspect of the genre is a key part of the power metal scene. Anyone else have any opinions on the subject?

Rhapsody would have been AWESOME...but the current line-up is incredible without the italian element.

Besides, it's not very easy getting italian metal CD's in the US - everything is on import for extorionate prices. I mean, the new Rhapsody CD isn't even listed on some of the major CD store websites. Sometimes it's worth a trip to Europe just to stock up on 'proper' metal CD's.

I did seriously approach Rhapsody's booking agent regarding an appearance. Let's just say that the idea didn't get very far.

Rhapsody are going to miss out on the gig of the decade then. I guess they don't mind their trips to Japan though - did you try offering free sushi/saki?
