Off-topic...new Bon Jovi anyone heard it ?

I heard the new single "Have a Nice Day" at work and thought at first compared to the other crap I have to listen to from time to time at work it was pretty good, but it stuck in my head and I dig the song so I downloaded it. Any closet BJ fans want to fill me in on how good the rest of the album is?
