Orden Ogan's first album, Vale, has been re-issued. It rocks very much as last year's Easton Hope. Great for head banging and humming at the same time. :Spin:
Love, love, love this album! However, it's not their first. They had Testimonium a.d. in 2004, which I've never heard, since I believe it is out-of-print. They do have a cut from it - Angels War - on their myspace page
I haven't heard Easton Hope yet. I better get on that.
Cool. Thanks for the correction that Vale is actually their second album. For spag: This is a single disk and it is remixed and remastered. It does have one acoustic version of a song from Easton Hope, which is very good. Here is a link to teh album on Amazon and sticker shock:
Got this from iTunes yesterday. Digging it so far, but it's got a LONG way to go to overtak Easton Hope. Easton Hope is one of the most beautiful CDs every recorded in my opinion. Nearly perfect.
I agree. It's a good album for sure, but lacks the cohesiveness/feel of Easton Hope, which, like you said, is an amazing CD in my opinion. I usually listen to them both at the same time in order.
