so now they are taking out one of the walls in our bedroom. luckily the waterfall has been shut off but that means no water for us. and no wall.

the maintenance guy (REEKING OF GANJA) opened the wall and realized how shitty the insulatinon is on that side of the house so he calles in to the office "you should feel the cold breeze coming in through the wall here" The fuckwad on the other line said "Where's the breeze coming from?"

my bathroom has no heat. it is 0 degrees here.

i stood in 10 degree weather for 8 hrs yesterday. then the night fell, the wind started blowing, and the fucking bus was late.

josh, totally take like a bejillion digital camera pictures of any damage and save them... also of the hole in the wall if you can, with the lack thereof of insulation etc. just in case.
