Having seen Slayer in every type of setting (large outdoor arena, indoor arena, large club, small club, etc.), gotta say small club is the best. Granted, it's also the most painful.

It was a sight to behold in '03, especially the near riot when they came on like 30 minutes late. Biggest moshpit I've ever seen, bar none.
