My old friend Hal Aponte, the drummer of Ice Age, is currently appearing in an off-Broadway show called "Stairway to Hell" here in NYC. It's very funny and worth checking out if you're in the area.

It should probably say "former drummer of Ice Age", since I remember him leaving the band. Course, I haven't heard anything about Ice Age in years. Shame, because I thought they were a pretty good band.

He rejoined the band. Then they did a brief stint as Soul Fractured. But they are still together, technically, because they never broke up. There may be some more music from these guys in the future....

I have a copy of The Great Divide that someone made for me awhile back and I liked it.

Ice Age....cool band! The Great Divide is a terrific prog metal album. I'll have to dig it out and give it a listen!
