Wow, Garden of Worm have completely abandoned metal on their third album and gone for total late 60's jammy folky psychedelic progressive acid rock with a very stripped back live feel. Unexpected and very awesome.

I got tickets to see Porcupine Tree on Sept 20 in Chicago. I'm fucking stoked! I missed them the last time they toured back in the day and shortly afterwards they went on hiatus so this may be the last time to see them.

Enjoying the new Karfagen album. Very feelgood symphonic prog. Some might say inoffensive, but it's perfect for spacing out in my office doing mindless work-related bullshit. Video game soundtrack vibes too.
