Sunday will be moinks and beef dino ribs. Monday will be hot dogs and chicken.

Beef meatball wrapped in bacon, sprinkled with rub. Smoked until crispy and then dunked in BBQ sauce and put back in the smoker until sticky.

Well, Happy 4th to everyone!!!!

Here in Clearwater it has rained non stop since Wednesday, and I just discovered a roof leak!!!! That's exactly what I need 2 weeks before I go to Sweden!!!! Boy, do I sometimes miss the days of being a renter.

Anywho, I'l just break out the Longhammer IPA and try to celebrate.
