14 pound brisket went in the smoker at midnight. Should be ready about 2pm.

It was an A- to A. Not bad. Made better and made much worse. When I make them consistently they tend to come out better.

Not sure. Everyone seems to be going out of town. Just smoked ribs the other day. Might be time for another brisket.
