Does Anyone Know How To Transfer Slate EX Custom Drumsets to New PC

I have been using Steven Slate EX with the Kontakt 4 Player in my Reaper DAW for awhile now on a slow PC. I recently bought a Quad Core, 8 MB Ram, running 64 bit Win7, and was excited to transfer my custom Multi's and Instruments onto that computer, but the kits don't load, only the original multi's, instruments, and their associated samples load. Does anyone know how to make the transfer? Do I batch-save the Drum Kits WITH their samples on my original PC before the transfer?
