DVD player question. Ken or someone else?

Is there such a thing as a blu-ray dvd player that plays all regions AND NTSC AND PAL formats?
Looking to get a new player. Any brands/models that would do all this?

Yes. Oppo has machines that are multi-region. There are some others. Not that long ago Woot had a Sherwood brand machine for $99 that is also multi-region.
